Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery, although many orders arrive sooner.

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $75 or more
Shipping promotions apply automatically at checkout when eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions
Viridescent Farms ships only to locations where our products may be lawfully sold and delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring hemp-derived products are permitted in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Returns
Due to the nature of consumable hemp products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or you believe there is a legitimate quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and packaging, when applicable.

Shipping
If your package is damaged during transit or arrives with missing items, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery so we can investigate.
Packages reported as lost or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are reviewed individually.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, Cancellations are no longer possible.
